2100 L Street, NW is a new 10 story, 190,000 square-foot, trophy property located in DC’s Central Business District.
This modern building features floor-to-ceiling glass and 20,000 square-foot floor plates designed to maximize efficiency. Its street presence is anchored by a grand, two-story lobby on the corner of L Street and 21st Street, and 8,000 square feet of retail space.
