The Station

The Station is the renovation/conversion of a historic Police Station from 1911 into 6 condominium units.  The project is located in the historic Capitol Hill area 5 blocks from the US Capitol, and Union Station.  The project includes affordable housing, and is a private public partnership between Argo Group, and the District of Columbia.
