The Montrose

The project consists of the renovation/adaptive re-use of a historic building (1913) in Georgetown, into 18 new condominium units, including 3 affordable units, and extensive landscape work on 1 acre of land.  The project was a public-private partnership with the District of Columbia.  Argos Group was the lead developer in partnership with Potomac Investment Properties.
