Stevens School

Stevens Place involves the renovation of the oldest elementary school (1868) in the District of Columbia. Work on this historic building includes a full renovation of interior spaces, façade, new HVAC and a new roof. The project is a private-public partnership between the Argos Group, Akridge, and the District of Columbia.
